Payments, Financial & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how Allure Medspa (a division of Vardan Nursing Home Pvt. Ltd.)
manages online payments, pricing, cancellations, refunds, and related financial terms for consultations, procedures, and treatments offered via
www.alluremedspa.in.
By booking or paying online, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1) Scope & Acceptance

  • Allure Medspa offers online payments via internet banking and valid debit/credit cards through trusted payment gateway partners.
  • By proceeding to pay, you authorize the payment gateway to process your transaction on our behalf.
  • Cosmetic/aesthetic treatments and most cosmetic surgeries are elective and typically not covered by insurance. Patients are responsible for payment unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

 

2) Payment Options & Security

  • Payments may be made using internet banking or debit/credit cards. UPI and wallets may be available depending on the gateway.
  • You will be redirected to our authorized payment gateway partner to complete the transaction. Gateways follow industry security practices (e.g., PCI-DSS).
  • Confidentiality: We do not store your full card data on our servers. Limited payment metadata may be stored for invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct card/account details and maintaining control of your login/password. Allure Medspa is not liable for losses arising from incorrect entries, unauthorized card usage, or third-party access to your account.

 

3) Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

  • All fees are quoted in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. Taxes (e.g., GST) apply as per law and will be reflected on your invoice.
  • Prices may vary by procedure, surgeon availability, facility, consumables, technology, and clinical assessment.
  • Price Changes: We may modify or implement a new pricing structure at any time. Revised prices apply to future bookings; previously paid amounts remain governed by the terms at the time of payment unless otherwise required by law.
  • An itemized invoice/receipt will be issued for successful payments.

 

4) Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Consultation Bookings

  • You may request cancellation and refund within 24 hours of booking via the Allure Medspa website (logged-in account or official request form), subject to the conditions below.
  • Non-refundable: Refunds are not issued for changes of preference regarding the nature of advice, perceived efficacy, or outcomes of consultation.

4.2 Surgery/Procedure Bookings

  • Deposits secure your surgery date, OT slot, and team. Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on notice period, third-party commitments, and pre-op preparations already incurred.
  • Rescheduling: One reschedule may be allowed (subject to availability) if requested within the stipulated notice period communicated at booking. Additional reschedules may attract administrative fees.

4.3 Refund Eligibility & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued only against genuine, trackable cancellation requests raised on our website or by writing to the official email below within the allowed window.
  • Exclusions: Pre-op tests, investigations, third-party charges, consumables, and services already rendered are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days from receipt of a complete request. Bank processing times may vary.
  • All communications regarding refunds must be sent to [email protected].

4.4 No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • No-shows or substantial late arrivals may be treated as cancellations and may be ineligible for refunds at our discretion.

 

5) Revisions & Additional Procedures

  • Plastic surgery is individualized. While we strive for excellent outcomes, no guarantee of specific results is made or implied.
  • If a revision procedure is clinically indicated within the first year, the surgeon’s fee may vary based on individual circumstances. Operating room charges, consumables/supplies, anesthesia, and hospital/facility costs are the patient’s responsibility.

 

6) Insurance & Third-Party Payments

  • In most cases, cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance or third-party payers. Patients should plan to self-fund unless an exception is confirmed in writing.
  • If a third-party payer declines or delays payment, the patient remains responsible for the full amount.

 

7) Chargebacks, Disputes & Failed Payments

  • If you believe a transaction was processed in error, contact us promptly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback; most issues can be resolved faster via our support.
  • Unauthorized use: Report immediately to your bank and notify us so we can assist the gateway review.
  • Declined or failed payments do not create or hold appointments. Any booking confirmation is valid only after successful payment and written confirmation.

 

8) Confidentiality of Payment Information

  • We maintain confidentiality of payment-related information and share it only with authorized third parties (e.g., payment gateways, banks) or where required by law, regulation, or court order.
