Mesotherapy is usually given in the form of injections at the particular site where it is indicated for use.

There are different methods via which mesotherapy is done namely

  • intra-epidermal technique
  • papular technique, in which reagents are administered into the dermo–epidermal junction;
  • nappage method, in which injections transverse to a depth of 2–4 mm and are administered at an angle of 30–60°
