Important Note / Disclaimer

• We are committed to transparent billing. The quotation provided covers the planned surgery under normal circumstances and routine recovery.
• Any additional costs arising from emergencies, extended hospital stay, additional medical care, consumables, investigations, or medicines will be billed extra and must be paid by you.
• Deposit: 25% of the total bill is payable at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Balance: The remaining amount is payable at admission, before surgery starts.
• GST: An additional 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable on the cosmetic surgery bill, as per law.
• Insurance: Cosmetic surgery, revisions, or further treatment requirements are generally not covered by insurance.

• Please ensure all dues are cleared before the procedure begins.
• If payment is not completed due to any reason (including technical issues), the booking deposit may be forfeited.
• We do not accept cheque payments.

Electronic Transfers — Important Checklist

• Bank/Card systems can face technical limitations (card declines, swipe machine errors, bank holidays, outstation transfer limits, daily caps, etc.).
• It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure funds are transferred before surgery start time.
• After transferring, please share the UTR / Reference Number with our billing team for faster reconciliation.
• Security: We will never ask for your card PIN, CVV, net-banking password, or OTP. Do not share these with anyone.
